All companies on the BRAMM Register MUST have at least one BRAMM Licenced Fixer linked with the company, who must supervise all fixes where the Burial Authority requires BRAMM Registration
When completing the application form, you must include a note as to who your BRAMM licenced fixer(s) will be. This may be a Fixer with an existing BRAMM fixer licence, or an experienced fixer who will be taking the BRAMM Fixer licence Assessment.
Complete and submit the application form for each branch but state which is the main company.
Please ensure you have the following documents ready to upload in PDF or DOC format for each business:
- A signed and dated BRAMM Combined Health & Safety and Risk Assessment Statement. Please amend the form as necessary so it is pertinent to your company. Please download form the link below.
- Your Public Liability Insurance Statement which must name your company as the insured, cover you for a minimum of £5m and show the policy expiry date. Please see the example document below.
